BP Cases to be Heard in Louisiana

A panel of judges has finally decided on the location for the hundreds of lawsuits filed against BP in connection with the oil spill. After hearing arguments from both sides, the panel chose Judge Carl Barbier to preside over the multi-district litigation (MDL) in federal court in New Orleans.
